  • WHERE DO WE SOURCE OUR INVENTORY?

    Treasures works in collaboration with a large network of sellers around the world. We collect and source both locally & on our travels. TNYC only purchases and sells AUTHENTIC designer/luxury items-both like new and pre-loved. We have partnered with Entrupy for authentication processing.


    All of our items are FINAL SALE.

  • HOW DO I BUY SOMETHING I SEE ON INSTA?

    All items posted to instagram are available for purchase on a first come basis. The item will either be tagged in the post so you can click to be directed to our site to purchase or we provide a swipe up to the product page on our stories. All items are available on our website, app, and now in-person @ our Soho Clubhouse (by appointment only).

  • HOW DOES SIZING WORK?

    With most vintage apparel pieces, you cannot rely on marked size alone for fit. That is why Treasures includes measurements on each item page. We will also note marked size (ie- M) if included on the tag but please confirm the measurements of the item prior to purchasing since sizing runs unique to each brand, style and year. We sell a custom TNYC tape measure as an "add-on" item to your order if you need one! You can also refer to our measuring guide cheat sheets on each product page.

  • CAN I SEE SOMETHING IN PERSON?

    Lucky timing! We just opened our flagship TNYC CLUBHOUSE in Soho for your vintage shopping pleasure ;) We are open BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. We open our calendars monthly for new bookings. So be sure to sign-up for our email/txt club to be notified when next month's calendar opens. You can visit our TNYC Clubhouse page for availability.

  • WHERE DO WE SHIP?

    Treasures buys and sells world-wide. International Express shipping (3-4 business days) is a $45 flat rate. Duties and Import fees are additional and paid on delivery by the customer. Domestic GROUND shipping (5-7 business days) is a $15.50 flat rate. Please note these transit times are estimated and ultimately depends on your final shipping location.

  • DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

    We do not. All sales are final. Please make sure prior to purchasing that you read the product description thoroughly, review images & double-check measurements & condition. Feel free to reach out to us if you need additional info prior to purchasing. There are unfortunately no exceptions.

  • DO YOU SELL GIFTCARDS?

    Sure do! These can be purchased in any increment and will be emailed to you or the recipient with the redemption code. Click here to purchase!

  • WHAT ARE TNYC BUCK$?

    So glad you asked :)  TNYC BUCK$ is Treasures new rewards/point program. Basically, we are giving you points each time you make a purchase. You can collect these "BUCK$" and once you have enough, you can redeem them for a discount on a future order. Feel free to sign-up HERE!

  • WHAT IF I HAVE SOMETHING TO SELL?

    We would love to take a look at your Treasures and see if they work for us. Feel free to fill out our selling form HERE and our buying team will get back to you ASAP.

  • WHAT HAPPENS IF YOUR PACKAGE GETS RETURNED TO US?

    Treasures ships all packages with signature required unless specifically noted. If you request us to ship without a signature for delivery, you assume responsibility for any/all missing packages. If the item cannot be delivered and is returned to TNYC, the customer will be responsible to pay to have the item re-shipped.

  • WHAT HAPPENS TO LOST/DAMAGED PACKAGES?

    Treasures ships all packages with signature required unless specifically noted. If you request to waive a signature for delivery, you assume responsibility for any/all missing packages. All packages are insured by Treasures up to $100. Treasures does offer third-party insurance through INSURE SHIED that is available for purchase at the time of checkout for additional coverage. Treasures is not responsible for any damaged/missing packages and will only be responsible for an insurance claim/refund up to $100 if third-party shipping insurance is not purchased at the time of the order. Buyer will be responsible for filing any subsequent shipping claims with the shipping carrier and/or insurance company.
